By means of the technical specifications of the project I can survey your subcontractors and represent the customer. I will report in writing. In this way, I can take over quite some pressure of work so the people involved in the project can fully focus on their primary tasks. Due to my knowledge and experience I can recognize and report possible bottlenecks and if desired, I can bring up solutions.

Experience

Support of a number of technical companies.

• Representation of a big shipyard. Guidance, support and control of suppliers in the Netherlands and Western Europe. Reports in the English language, equipped with Gantt planning, photos, certificates and measurement reports. Also involved in consultation and communication as an independent third party, making sure that the customer gets all relevant information so the right decisions can be made
• Representation of a wind energy service company, inspection of a number of wind turbines in Poland, report to the client
• Representation of a manufacturer of hull doors on mega yachts, performing pre-service inspections in order to determine what activities and parts are needed for the rightly planned service period. Service also performed by PSI
