Management of projects, the way in which projects are organized, prepared, performed and finished. I am PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) certified.

PRINCE2 is a process-oriented method for effective project management, based on 7 important principles:

• Clear organisational structure and role descriptions
• Project management per phase
• Efficient usage of the senior management with preservation of control
• Steering towards results by means of product-oriented procedure
• Flexibility, to be applied in every environment

I work from the office and at location.

Experience

• Management of all projects for a supplier of Mega Yacht Equipment
• Maintenance of a wind farm. Managed employees and performed breakdown repairs and maintenance in a team. Also developed and realized safety measures and tools
• Management of a project. Development and production of a recycling machine at which the emphasize was mainly on managing of the project, the design, the outsourcing and the realization
